2014s
The KSQ 2014’s have grown significantly since starting training in 2018. We now have 58 registered players and are running four teams in the East of Scotland Soccer Development Association - ESSDA leagues.
The teams play 7-a-side (Soccer 7s) with games being playedon a Sunday morning. Our home games take place at Allison Park in Kirkliston and our away games can be anywhere in Edinburgh and the surrounding area.
Training involves a mixture of skills development and match practice and takes place at 18:00-19:30 every Monday night at Queensferry High School and every Thursday night at 18:00-19:30 at The Hub in South Queensferry.
The group is supported by 12 coaches who are all volunteers who have gone through SFA training and mandatory checks and are committed to helping the players both enjoy the game and improve their football abilities. Derek Hannon is the Head Coach leading the group through its development.
